It is sickening, do not eat while watching it, and do not watch it, it is the sickest movie ever produced.
The movie is about a doctor that creates his monstrosity by sewing the heads of people to the anuses of the person in front of them. The movie is full of plot holes and he dies in the end. There is no comedy just horror. It is the kind of movie where you could film the viewers reaction.
